Ask Tonttu in the app
Tonttu lives in the bottom of the sidebar in NORDVEST. Ask things like “how do I close out a PM?”, “where's the oil sample form?”, or “why is this asset showing red?” and get the next step with links to the right screen.
Read the docs
Setup and workflow reference for the pieces operators ask about most: customers, assets, service requests, PM agreements, parts forecasting, integrations, and settings.
Email a human
For billing, onboarding, pilot access, feature requests, or anything that needs a real reply. Include your company name and a screenshot if you can.
