// PRICING DETAILS · THE MECHANICS, ONE LINE EACH

How the money actually works.

No per-seat tricks, no annual lock-in by default. Here's the whole arrangement, explained the way we'd want it explained.

// 01 · DEFAULT

Monthly is the default. Annual is the discount, not the requirement.

If you want to stay month-to-month, stay month-to-month. We don't think you should have to commit a year of cash to find out if a tool fits the way your shop runs. The annual discount is there if you already know.

// 02 · CADENCE

Two annual options. Pick the one your cash flow likes.

Paid monthly spreads it across 12 invoices — 10% off list. Paid upfront is one invoice, 15% off. Same software. Same support. The discount is the only difference.

// 03 · ONBOARDING

We get you live. That's what onboarding buys.

$2K on Shop gets your assets wired up, PMs scheduled, and your techs trained — you're running the shop from NORDVEST, not from a spreadsheet. On Operations, the $5K onboarding fee covers the same launch work across branches, integrations, and teams.

// 04 · CANCELLATION

Cancel any time on monthly. The software walks; the setup work stays.

Onboarding a shop is real engineer time — wiring up assets, setting up PMs, training techs. The fee covers that work, which happens up front. If you cancel later, the subscription stops; the onboarding fee stays with us because the work has already shipped.

// 05 · DISPATCH

Drag-and-drop scheduling. Add it to Shop, built into Operations.

The Dispatch board is how you move jobs across techs and days without a whiteboard. +$300/mo on Shop as an optional add-on. Included on Operations and Partner, because multi-branch operators can't run without it.

// 06 · PAYMENT TERMS

Shop runs on a card. Operations and Partner can run on Net 30.

Shop is credit card only — the smallest paperwork path so you can start fast. Operations and Partner can run on Net 30 invoicing if your AP team prefers POs and invoices, or stay on a card if that's easier. Either way, the price doesn't change.

// WHAT ONBOARDING ACTUALLY IS

Map. Build. Train. The work that happens before you go live.

Map Branches, assets, PM schedules, users, permissions, and operating rules.
Build Imports, integrations, document structure, reporting, and launch workflows.
Train Managers, dispatch, technicians, and admins until the team can run from NORDVEST.
// COMMON QUESTIONS

Things people ask before they sign.

Can I switch from monthly to annual later? +
Yes. Move to annual any time and we apply the discount on the next invoice. The reverse works too — if annual stops fitting, drop to monthly at renewal.
What happens to the onboarding fee if I cancel? +
The onboarding fee stays with us on every tier. It pays for implementation work that happens up front: assets, PMs, users, integrations, training, and launch support. Your subscription can stop; the completed setup work does not unwind.
Are there per-tech or per-user fees? +
No. Tiers gate capacity — branches and assets — and whether you get the documents library and AI tools. Not seats. Add as many techs as you want; it doesn't change the bill.
How do we pay — card or invoice? +
Shop is credit card only. It's the lowest-friction path for owner-operated shops — sign up, get launched, run. Operations and Partner can run on Net 30 invoicing if your AP team needs POs and invoices, or stay on a card if that's simpler. Either way, the subscription price is identical.
What is the Dispatch add-on? +
Dispatch is a drag-and-drop scheduling board for assigning jobs to techs across days. Drag a service request to a tech, drag it to another day, watch the board update. It's +$300/mo on Shop as an optional add-on, and included on Operations and Partner — once you're coordinating across branches, you can't really run without it.
What's actually different about Partner? +
Partner is for dealer groups, regional operators, and OEM-affiliated service orgs. You get the same software as Operations, plus us as ongoing consultants — unlimited branches and assets, in-person onboarding, direct line to our team, roadmap influence. Pricing is consultative because the work is, and onboarding is scoped to your org since we commit engineering time to it before day one.
Do prices change as we grow? +
If you cross a tier boundary — second branch on Shop, sixth branch on Operations — we'll talk about moving you up. Until then, the price you sign at is the price you pay.
