## An invoice from completed work

A service report gathers the parts, labor, travel, and mileage from the job. Review its invoice lines and total before sending it.

Invoice export needs a connected account, mapped billing items, and export enabled. Desktop invoice export uses a Conductor connection.

QuickBooks handles invoice delivery and payment. A confirmed invoice locks the service report and saves the invoice reference.

## Online and Desktop connections

QuickBooks Online connects through Intuit. Import customers and items, and send service-report invoices.

QuickBooks Desktop connects through Conductor for customer and parts imports and service-report invoices.
